This unit came so very highly rated===only to disappoint in the end. I have Programed several switches to change views-only to have them move all over the views. It is so hard to land and have your views on screen change one after the other making impossible to do a proper landing or in flight movement.example is view front is programed to one switch-other side of switch to fix view. if you select a few it gos there and then starts to change to all the other views at a 2 per second rate.

This was a terrible product. It has a stong detent in the center position that makes it a very unrealistic flight sim yoke. I have had the CH products yoke for years and went staight back to it after trying the Saitek Pro. I am much happier with the CH products yoke. Also the way the Saitek mounts to the desk, Although sturdy, it completely gets in the way of any sliding keyboard shelf. I had to dismantle my key board shelf to get set up with the Saitek, and then I had no where convientent to put my keyboard. Don’t waist your time with this one. Buy the CH Products yoke instead, you’ll be glad you did.

I have Flight Simulator X, Saitek Pro Flight yoke with the 3 lever throttle unit, and the Saitek Rudder pedals.
This program is just what it is named a Flight Simulator. I thought this program would be more game like. This program is not very friendly. I think this program assumes the people who buy it are familiar with flying planes. I have found that many people that buy this package are pilots when I called tech support. I suggest that you print out and read the instructions and the controls diagram if you are a beginner like me. In order to enjoy this program you need to buy the Flight Yoke and throttle controls using the keyboard is difficult and not much fun. I also bought the rudder pedals, but it is going to take some time for me to get it all working together, I’m a beginner so the yoke and throttle is enough for now.
If you are thinking of some day flying a plane this is the package to get. If you just want jump in and just start flying get something easier. Also USB extensions over 8 feet without an amp should not be used because I had problems with a 10 foot extension cable turning the yoke on and off.
Good luck and happy flying.

Beautiful design, but yoke settings are tricky and difficult to establish, I bought this item together with SAITEK pedals (which has an unsolvable conflict when you try to use the differential brakes), and two throttle quadrants (impossible to operate in synchrony between them), in sum, a disastrous choice, purchase and loss all my money.

Regretfully the product did not work. I would like to send the product back to AMAZON but the freight charges are too high to ship. I need a solution please.
